To actually watch in VR you need to download the video file and watch on either a phone with a 2k or 4k screen and a basic smartphone headset or you can get a standalone VR headset like the Oculus Quest 2 which is the cheapest available but still over 400 USD. If you don't already have a high end smartphone with a 2k or 4k screen then then the Oculus Quest 2 is the most affordable option because those phones are all really expensive.
